Why Play SJL
Welcome to the 16th season of South Jersey’s premier summer lacrosse league.
• SJL is a fun, competitive way to keep your lacrosse skills sharp during the summer.
• There are no practices…just games! Players can still attend camps, play on tournament teams, or have their weekends free.
• Players get 1 to 2 games per night based on number of players/teams per division!
• Field Generals and Coaches (high school coaches and college players) at each field make sure substitutions and playing time are equal. NJSIAA officials for each game.
• Smaller sided games and fields allow for fast paced play and maximum touches for athletes
• RELAXING FAMILY EXPERIENCE … Great Lacrosse, Friendly Staff, South Philly Pretzels, Hot Dogs and of course Cherry’s Water Ice!!!
